Sandie Rusnak – Director of Compliance/Loan Review

Sandra Rusnak has over 20 years of banking experience. Her professional expertise includes positions such as Chief Operations Officer, Compliance Manager, Credit Analyst, Loan Underwriter, and Account Manager. Sandie is a graduate of Western Technical College and in her senior year of UW-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking. She has also attended numerous WBA Schools and Conferences on Compliance and Lending, Kirchman Loan and Deposit Compliance School, and RMA Global Cash Flow Analysis.

Her expertise is focused on several loan administration areas including credit administration, loan review, loan loss calculation, problem loan reporting, compliance, and personnel supervision. Sandie has worked with federal and state regulators to ensure compliant, safe, and sound loan practices. She has worked with several loan programs including but not limited to Freddie Mac, Federal Home Loan reporting, and VA loan programs. Sandie’s experiences give her an in-depth knowledge of loan compliance for a community bank.
