Tracey Pierce – Senior Manager

A native to the Tomah area, Tracey Pierce has 14 years of banking experience. Her experience has been focused on bank operations but her duties have also included Information Technology officer, Chief Financial Officer and Interim Presidential duties. Tracey is a graduate of St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI, attended WBA’s Operations School and UW-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking.

Her expertise is focused on asset liability management, budgeting, internal control processes, network administration, and personnel supervision. She has worked closely with federal and state regulators to ensure safe and sound practices. She has completed a number of out sourced core operating system conversions of financial institution’s data processing services. Tracey’s experience gives her a well-rounded knowledge of a community bank. Along with her financial institution experience, Tracey has experience in owning a small construction business, aiding in business accounting services, and assisting in the management of a student insurance and property program fro a local college. She is currently studying for her IRS Enrolled Agent certification which will allow her to not only prepare tax returns but go to tax court to represent a client.
